At Tusons, we provide a high quality service advising private clients, partnerships, limited companies and trusts based in the UK and offshore. We also provide an advisory service for other professionals to enable them to service their clients effectively.
Tax planning for individuals and businesses, whether incorporated or not and trusts both in the UK and internationally.
Tax investigations for individuals and businesses, whether incorporated or not and trusts both in the UK and internationally.
We also advise on VAT, income tax and corporation tax compliance.
Whilst we provide a full range of taxation advice, some clients also require regulated financial advice as part of their overall financial planning. We work alongside Independent Financial Advisers, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, to provide this one stop advice if required.
We have developed close working relationships with trust companies in Guernsey, Jersey, Switzerland and the Republic of Ireland, as well as with offshore banking intermediaries and lawyers, which have the same client focused approach as we do. These relationships enable us to provide a wide range of cross-border and regulated planning opportunities to clients under a ‘one stop shop’ basis.
We do not confine ourselves to merely giving advice to our clients. We take pride in providing continuous, hands on support to implement our advice. As part of our support role, in association with other professionals we offer a very wide range of services including:
Provision of advice on UK and international tax matters
HMRC investigations
Provision of accounting services for self-employed individuals and businesses
PAYE services
Creation of trusts and corporate structures in the UK and offshore, including the on-going company
Secretarial services and provision of annual accounts to Companies House
UK and offshore banking services
Procuring of appropriate legal services
Other financial services
We believe Tusons offers the level of expertise normally only encountered in major City based practices without the corporate mentality and charging practices that characterise the big four firms. We normally charge on a time spent basis that reflect the complexity of the case but we can agree a fixed fee for some projects and, subject to conditions, may consider an initial 30 minute meeting without charge.
